The meaning behind our name

Rooted in family.
Chosen with intention.

Goldhain means “golden grove”—a name that honors the old German lines woven through our dogs while looking forward to the next generation. Legacy is the promise behind every choice: preserve what matters, improve thoughtfully and never lose sight of the families waiting at the other end.

Our puppies are known individually, raised alongside everyday family life and matched for the home in front of them—not treated as numbers in a litter.

The current pairing

Meet the parents.

Maximus and Bindi bring different strengths to this litter—his steady, watchful devotion and her confident, deeply people-oriented nature.

Dam · Bindi Lou Kirk

The heart behind the legacy.

Bindi is a beautiful dark sable German Shepherd with Czech, Slovak and German/European working-line ancestry. She is calm-natured, confident, intelligent, affectionate and eager to learn.

She has always been deeply people-oriented and happiest right beside her person. Raised around children and everyday family life, Bindi is the standard we return to when we think about connection, confidence and an easy-to-live-with temperament.

Looking ahead · Planned 2027 pairing

Bindi × Rip

Bindi’s final planned litter will return to the East German heritage behind her pedigree through Rip of Stark Haus DDR German Shepherds.

Planned sire · Rip

Preserving the lines that matter.

Rip was selected for his 100% DDR pedigree and the shared East German families that first drew us to Bindi’s ancestry. This pairing is being planned with lineage, temperament and the future of our program in mind.

Bindi is expected to come into heat around February or March 2027. Timing, conception and litter availability cannot be guaranteed until the breeding and pregnancy are confirmed.
